New $26,000 for home purchases in the CARE community!

The C.A.R.E Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) makes living near work an exciting possibility for Johns Hopkins employees, and now offers a reward to those who wish to make one of East Baltimore’s most sought-after neighborhoods home.

Starting Fall 2015, this new Live Near Your Work (LNYW) incentive will provide (10) LNYW-CHIP-map-2015$20,000 supplement grants to Johns Hopkins employees who wish to purchase a home in the C.A.R.E. community. The $20,000 incentive can be combined with the existing $6,000 grant currently offered through the Johns Hopkins Live Near Your Work (LNYW) program for a total of $26,000 to each home purchaser on a first come, first served basis.
