Baltimore Bike Experience

In 2022, Southeast CDC renovated 2912 Pulaski Highway into a community bicycle workshop and operated the Baltimore Bike Experience youth program from the space until 2024. In 2025, BYKE Collective began offering their youth bicycle programming from the workshop.
