The Southeast CDC is providing funds from the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative (BRNI) to support Station East, a housing redevelopment project led by the Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition (HEBCAC).
Formerly blocks of vacant rowhomes, the project site spans from Eager St. to Ashland Ave., and Milton Ave. to Patterson Park Ave. and is in walking distance to Johns Hopkins Hospital. BRNI funds have supported maintenance, facade work, and the renovation of a model home in the 900 block of N. Milton Ave.
