HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOODS PURCHASE & REHAB LOAN
The Healthy Neighborhoods Purchase & Rehab Loan is available for home purchases at a 1% below Fannie Mae interest rate with NO monthly mortgage insurance payment, and just 3% down. It is available on special blocks in McElderry Park, Ellwood Park, Patterson Park, Highlandtown, and Greektown.

HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOODS HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANT
Qualified users of the Healthy Neighborhoods loan program can receive a grant that matches dollar for dollar (up to $10,000) the costs of renovating a home. The grant is income restricted, and you must use one of the Healthy Neighborhoods loans to be eligible for the grant.
