Take our online Homebuying Education workshop and schedule an appointment to virtually “meet” with your housing counselor using video conferencing. This option is great for borrowers with busy schedules, anyone who needs to get their certificates before the next workshop is offered, or homebuyers who are out of state and looking to relocate to Baltimore City.
Are you eligible for online counseling? You must:
- Be pre-approved by a lender
- Have a credit score of 640 or above
- Have $2,500 or more in savings
