in 2019, with funds from the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative and the Baltimore Development Corporation’s Façade Improvement Program, the Southeast CDC managed the Highlandtown Merchant Renovation Fund to assist new and expanding businesses in the Highlandtown Main Street district with the cost of commercial build-outs.
